COVID-19 - Protecting our staff and customers

In these testing times, we first and foremost hope you and your families remain healthy.

In light of the new lockdown restrictions, our operating hours are as follows:

Our website continues to operate a normal service and orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. We are not currently experiencing any delays with our couriers, but do please allow for minor delays during this time.

Our retail shop will be closed, in accordance with government guidelines, until further notice.  


Will my order arrive on time?

We're not currently experiencing delays with any of our couriers and orders with standard delivery will still be delivered within 2-3 working days. You should however, allow for minor delays as this situation may change during the lockdown period. 

How will my item be delivered?

Our delivery parters have implemented their own safety policies to protect them and you whilst delivering your items which include contactless delivery. If an ID check is needed, this will be done at a distance.

How do I return an item:

Please visit out returns page where you can create a free label to return your product. It may take us a little longer to process your return during lockdown.

What are you doing to stop the spread of COVID-19 at Motohawk?

The wellbeing of our staff and customers is our number one priority. We're a COVID-19 secure workplace with robust social distancing, cleaning and hygiene practices in place. We also quarantine any product returns for 72 hours after they're returned to us.
